We collect the personal information reasonably necessary for the purposes described below. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, e-mail address and message. You may also provide your company, phone number, subject and technical or application details. Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website, may process technical request information such as an IP address, traffic-routing data and system configuration information to deliver, secure and diagnose the service. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, provide product or technical assistance, prepare quotations when requested, maintain customer and order history, send a delivery confirmation, protect the form from spam or misuse, maintain the website and comply with applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. We do not sell or rent contact-form information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing unless you have provided consent or the law otherwise permits it.

The contact form uses Maileroo as an e-mail delivery processor to transmit your message to Gemini Gas Springs and send a confirmation to your e-mail address. Maileroo may temporarily process and retain message content, delivery metadata and backups under the service terms that apply to Gemini's account. Maileroo's published processing terms currently describe up to 14 days for e-mail content and delivery metadata, with encrypted backups potentially retained for up to 30 days. Cloudflare processes website traffic as our hosting and security provider. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in Australia or other jurisdictions, and information may be accessible to courts or lawful authorities in those jurisdictions. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety or services.

The current website does not intentionally set advertising or marketing cookies. Cloudflare and other essential infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary technologies or process technical request data to deliver, secure and diagnose the website. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

The website application does not store contact submissions in a separate website database. Gemini retains submitted messages and related correspondence in its business e-mail and business records for processing inquiries, providing support, maintaining customer, quotation, technical-support and order history, resolving disputes, protecting its services and meeting legal, accounting or regulatory obligations. Some records may therefore be retained indefinitely and are not deleted merely because an inquiry or order is complete. Maileroo retains information only temporarily under the service terms described above. Gemini uses reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Under applicable Canadian privacy law, including British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, ask about our privacy practices, or make a complaint. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Deletion is subject to legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, security and business-record requirements, including the order-history retention described above. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

This website links to external websites and hosted tools, including Gemini's calculator, configurator and inquiry forms. Once you leave this website, the destination's privacy policy and practices apply. Review those policies before providing personal information.
